Position: Senior Consulting Engineer – Networking
Location: Madrid, Spain
Relocation Assistance: Work Visa and Flight Expense
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves collaborating with team leaders, managing reports within TRT, and working with third-party partners to provide IT networking solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and troubleshooting various networking technologies and protocols
- Directing engineering efforts and designing network architectures
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper devices
- Implementing security protocols and ensuring network reliability
- Designing and maintaining enterprise-level networks
Qualifications:
- Only CV or Resume written in English will be considered.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, Ethernet, switching, MPLS, VPN, and SSL technology.
- Familiarity with Juniper and Cisco network devices
- Relevant college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in engineering and designing networks
- Ability to create reliable and scalable network architectures
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and VPN solutions
- Knowledge of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols
- Familiarity with networking features like spanning tree, ARP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, Etherchannel
- Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA/CCNP and JNCIA/JNCIS-SEC
- Experience with Juniper hardware and SRX Firewall Configuration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₡5,499,276.00 - ₡7,687,160.00 per month
