What will my functions be?

• Gross to net calculations
• Production and delivery of payslips
• Social Security contributions
• Management and coordination of monthly salaries
• Labour reviews (employees’ registrations, deregistrations, temporary disabilities, etc)
• Dismissals and redundancies
• Preparation and adaptation of contracts
• Benefits and other compensations
• Expatriates management
• Set up controls to ensure process is properly execute
• Tax Risk mitigation plans

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

• Advanced level of English - will be tested
• More than 3 years of experience
• Know Softland system and Excell
• Experience with outsourcing companies is a differential.
